I had acdf surgery and now I am having my heart race, shortness of breath…

I had acdf surgery and now I am having my heart race, shortness of breath, chest pressure and if I ignore this I will faint. So I am basically bed bound. Anyone else in this situation? What did you do to be able to function? Thank you in advance.
