Once upon a time, she dreamt of something life changing
An insecure broken soul wearing nothing but a frown
Dreaming -- desiring!
For some reason, wanting to find worth of being alive
First, rosy lips turned into a pale one
Sleepy eyes met it's own as she saw her reflection
Dark aura of negative mind was the only picture
Then asked, "Why am I so ugly?"
Second, loose shirt and skinny jeans
Bore her eyes as she gazed upon her clothing
Hair so messy just like her life covers half of her face
Then asked, "Why am I so ugly?"
Third, reflecting and cursed herself
Blaming above for making her like that
Ugly - Alone! Ugly and alone!
Phrases that wake her insecurities
Blaming the world for making her like that
Then asked, "Why am I even alive?"
Fourth, she grab the cold sharp metal without hesitation
Determine to entertain her inner demon
She made it run to her wrist deeper and deeper
Bloods starting to drip through her bare skin
Then professed, "This will be fine."
Full of emotions, she smiles beneath the flow of her tears and blood
So curious of what will be the next
Fifth, suddenly memory of her being beautiful in his side
She was confident - she was fine
But world were cruel to her
Taking away her love of her life
Causing her to weep and broke her soul
Letting darkness devour every bit of her purity
Finally - this is her story
Emotionally dead alive
And now as she tooks every steps to her grave
She was once a happy soul tortured in this cruel world
Figuring answers to those questions by means of death !
The world won't weep with her, she thought
Slowly, she runs out of breath to take
She was happy - she is happy!
Ending her sorrow and misery
And finally, she is free
from the demon she once called "herself".
