It was an arranged meeting
over a decade ago
on a hot summer day
when we first met.
I walked into the room
and there you sat
between the two ladies
watching me walk in.
"Is there any pressure "
was all you asked
when we got chance
to talk all alone.
The way you looked at me
and the smile you gave
I knew in that instance
You are the only one.
When asked about opinion
I said Yes, I will marry him
then we got call from you
as you said yes as well.
Now its been ten years
since we have tied the knot
sometimes we fight and
sometimes we are so in love.
I have found the perfect person
to fit in my life just perfectly
I still cherish all that happened
on that day every year since then.
