Another day of 2021
I wake up thinking about my future
Even though my lifes just begone.
All these familiar faces,
hidden away behind my mask
but its okay now that I'm reassured,
That my family can still stay breathing.
All these people against the cure,
They won't wear their masks
They won't distant,
All because they are fine.
Another day
Stuck in my room,
Staring at the blank screen.
10 missed assignments.
13 missed homework.
18 wrong answers.
I'm stuck in this mess.
That we all call
2021.
Stranded alone
With only my thoughts
Who knew life would end up this way?
If only it would leave.
If only it would go.
So I could live
Another day.
