I waited for you in the dusk of the midnight, wearing my long white robe
That you gave me in anticipation of our wedding.
My love for you grew and flew around into the deep thoughts of you coming.
I blushed a thousand times, l grew pimples of love,
The thought of you honey sent chilling nerves around my whole anatomy.
I became so love sick.
I could not wait for you, sweetheart.
They told me to let go of you but, l was entwined inside you like a baby in a womb.
Every now and then l would memorise your loving words to me,
And everytime l did, l would feel goosebumps of love all around me.
Your face is what l longed for, but you never appeared.
I sold my other shekels of love, bought the bond note of sadness.
My love for you grew every minute, it rose to greater heights more than the exhange rate.
It was more firm as the Fiscal policy, and loose as the price regime.
I took my manicure and pedicure , thinking l was going to look hot.
Yes hot.
But love you never appeared.
Where did my baby go, l wonder where did he go.
I waited dressed in white, ready to begin a journey of love with you.
But l became heart broken, you never appeared baby.
Its been hundred and seventy five years l am still a virgin waiting fo you my pride.
Come my beloved.
I want to grow old with you.
