I remembered the I day I signed for a trip to Department of Corrections

Lined up naked getting checked my nurses and haircuts zipped off
Shaved and thrown in dorm looking and ready for anything to jump off
Couple fights alot of chess and dominoes some workouts
It wasn't that bad kitchen detail,pushing on some cups,writing and drawing
Selling them for soups or stamps making money off writing
Anything to make it cuz they don't care how they feed or treat you
It will either make you or break you if decide to end up in the shu
Visits in tidy whiteys,fresh cut,counting day s
Till your back out in free world
Till then burpee's,pull ups and crossing off sets of curls
Stepping out thinking time stopped when you went in
But family is older and everything looks different thinking about back when
