I'm tired of you
Sipping your way through my feelings
Lurking about in my heart like a thief
Urging her methods of "love" in me
I'm tired of these lonely nights
in repetition like an aftermath
Closing in on me like steel walls
I'm tired...
of this so-called poetic pain
painting picture of what can't be
but ever so vivid for my eyes to see
I'm tired of burning bridges just
to go and mend them all over again
It's hard to love you
but I'll do it all over again
for the sake of this poem...
I'll write for you again
Though I'm tired...
tired of burning these trees just
to prevent from being reminiscent
and just like a fragment of your imagination
I'm tired of feeling true without existence
You said you needed me
like Cinderella needed that shoe
You said you cared for me
like I'd never be your number two
But for these feelings I'm fighting through
I always think of you time and time again
I'm tired of me and you
and this facade that made us two
