I'm wide awake now
It's hard to night sleep
I've tried too much whisky
I've tried counting sheep
No problem now
As I'm too sick to work
No understanding
They think I'm a quirk
Get my head down
At a nice 9pm
By midnight
I'm making myself tea again
The Sun's coming up
Now I feel tired
It's been so much easier
Since I retired
