The wind is very gusty this morning
Leaves are blowing all around
Later the rain may be pouring
Later the rain will be coming down
November is that month
Between cool days and warm
October still has nice days
December cold begins to form
Soon many animals will hide
Insects too will go burrow
Patiently wait until the spring
An internal clock will let them know
When the warmer day arrive
Some will begin reproducing
Little tiny babies of all types
Are born and start blooming
Autumn will quickly pass
Winter will of course drag on
Then spring will spring up
The cycle has occurred for eons
