'A beautiful Summer's day
Standing on the Platform of Darlington Station
Year 1947
It was time for me to leave for Paris
Benjamin My Love came all the way to see me off
A deep sadness engulfing me
Finally the day had come
Time to part ways
Silent Tears l was trying to hide
He grabbed me and lifted me
Sweeping me off my Feet
Laughter filled the Air
The Train speeding towards the station
Blowing It's Horn as if to say am here
Passengers flocking
I wonder what Paris would be like
Time ticking soo fast
Finally time to depart My Love
Remember l will always love you
My Heart repeating again and again
Sweet Kisses and goodbyes followed
Helping with the baggage
Sadness filling my Heart
A bouquet of Roses he left behind
Goodbyes and Tears followed
I love you My darling, l love you
Bon voyage Mon cher
