Would this become a better world
if mankind could start a new?
if born with long range vision,
would it change your point of view?
May be if we could begin again
there would be no Holocaust
no slavery,no master race
to oppress the rest ou us.
May be if we could start over,
our hearts could be so filled with devotion
that hate would have no access to our souls
and would became a bygone emotion.
Sorrowfully we cannot begin again
There is no way to start a-fresh
We can only exorcise the demons
that weigh heavily upon our breast
Only we can make this world better
There is time to Make amends
and show our children our gentler spirits
so they may learn from the message we send.
