I say this from a bleeding pen,
As I write these words in pain,
You'll recognize, with heart's disdain,
My mistakes were in vain.
Each stroke upon this paper white,
Carries echoes of my restless nights,
In the depths of sorrow, I did reside,
The pain within my soul can't hide.
Oh, how I wish I could turn back time,
Undo the deeds that tarnished this rhyme,
But alas, apologies can't rewind,
The chapters stained, now intertwined.
In shadows cast, my regrets persist,
A heavy burden, an eternal twist,
Yet, let these verses be my plea,
To air my faults so you can see.
For in this act, admission pure,
A baring of my heart's allure,
With bleeding ink, my confession strong,
Perhaps forgiveness won't be long.
