a brave woman

she walks down the street smiling kids by her side whining she looks healthy she looks fine but no one can see what's inside her body screaming her body crying every step she takes is pain and agony she gets home lies down in bed body drained and she says I hate this body of mine she wish you did not have this disease but who knows where she'd be Maybe stuck in a bad relationship with a man who cheats maybe with no kids no friends her kids are having a chance to meet the most wonderful person in the world the one person that lifts their Spirits when they're down kisses their forehead when they frown what if you didn't have this disease then we would cease to exist not meeting the most amazing person in the world and in are life's this is what I call a brave woman one who when things get rough she tough through them standing strong by her family this is what I call a brave woman I call her mom ©rikki
