What if we couldn’t breathe?
Would the world as we know it cease?
And, what if everything froze?
Do you believe we could grow?
As individuals
Possibly with friends?
Maybe with all of those trying to blend in?
That group of people working hard to set the next trend.
Me sitting here wondering where I fit in
As my chest rises and my shoulders fall
I sit in all black thinking of who to call
What to do and Where to go
I sit in the darkness
Watching a freak show.
