What makes our eyes protrude in hunger
In the midst of bumper bumper harvest?
Why are we yearning for water to drink
And why are we bathing with muddy water
Even in the land that overflows with water?
Why do we engulf with profuse perspiration
Where the coldness beclouds the earth?
And why are we shivering with coldness
When the earth is enveloped by the haze of dusts?
Why can't we sleep with our two eyes closed
Amidst tight security that beefs up the land?
What makes us suffer and strife in the land
Amidst the plenty of mineral resources?
What makes the darkness suddenly
Descended on the land
Even in the broad daylight?
Then what makes us powerless
To ignite the light and chase away the darkness?
What actually transpires in the land
That makes an infant grows grey hair overnight?
Why do we clothe with tattered clothing
Despite multiple clothes in our wardrobes?
What makes us walking on bare foots
In the face of many shoes at our disposal?
Who or what's hiding in darkness to make us suffer in the day and night?
Who or what's hiding to flog us with invisible cane on our backs?
It's no one, but the angry goddess of love for Humanity
For she has ascended to the sky and vowed
Never to return again for our sins are grievous and enormous
It's time we turned to God of the goddess of love for repentance
Only Him can quell her fury in hurry
And everything will come back to normalcy.
But let the world vomit and bury their colours and religious differences in the ground
And cuddle humanity, love and peace
Around their arms for the world to know peace lies between you and me.
