If the world hasn’t met you,
it is yet to encounter the best among the best.
If it hasn’t seen you,
Then it is yet to bump into cheerful and appealing faces.
If they haven’t heard you,
They are yet to listen to divine voices.
If the world hasn’t met you,
it is yet to run into benign folks.
I am glad I met you when I did.
Who knows where I’d be?
Maybe I’d be exultant and at ease,
Or perhaps I’d be stuck in a gulf of frustration,
Plagued with anguish and bleakness,
Thriving in detachment,
Who knows under what influence I’d be driving?
I am glad I met you when I did.
The soothing voices when my spirits are low,
Merry faces reminding me to be joyous,
Humans steadfast to their faith,
A daily boon.
What more would I ask for?
I urge you to never let go of the other’s hand,
Don’t unchain yourselves from this chain
for a chain is no stronger than is it’s weakest link.
May the candle of love and holiness never burn low.
Words are strong, they sink into the core,
But are never enough to express.
I allow you to swim in the ocean of my love for you,
Maybe then you would cognize how deep you run.
