Prayers remain unfulfilled,
My soul in despair,
Wondering why nothing's changed,
Though I've said my prayer.
My faith ever-fading,
Empty promises abound,
Though I plead for answers,
My hopes remain unbound.
I reach out to Heaven,
My soul crying out in pain,
But no response is heard,
My prayers seem in vain.
My faith is left broken,
My heart in disarray,
Praying for a response,
But nothing will change today.
