The rich offshore, seldom alone,
Drowning deep, poverty of having excess,
Complied within, merry thoughts,
Hopeless rays to gather them all.
Wet tears, salt within crying loud,
Though merged with sea,
Pain isnt gone, sea did not bother,
Had taken a lot, that's why salty.
Regrets of man still a mystery,
The sympathetic breeze comes close,
Airy hand gentle on shoulders.
Tap! Tap! Tap! It conveyed,
Suddden drift, gone from there.
The rich by appearance, poor by soul,
Lying frail right there.
Ordeals now surrounded him,
Engaging them all alone,
"We are with you"
Those who said never showed up.
Washing away the feet, the blue,
Worries, a sort of, carrying away.
A big bully comes roaring down,
Dripping clothes, hairs gone shabby.
Cough! Cough! Some drops rescued from mouth,
Tasting the salt of failure.
Every force standing against him,
Walls of hindrance getting perks,
Lost, meet the peaceful silence of death,
A step towards vastness, sea, followed.
Through the fog it appeared
Translucent, all white,
Buildings behind visible through body,
Irony, building, a church, ghost it seemed.
Rich a little startled, halfway to death,
No fear coz willing to die,
One way or the other.
For a while silence crept in,
Then a slurry voice," Who are you?"
A questioning expected
Response though irrie,'You',
'Me', repeat by rich
The strength of yours I was,
Sacrificed me there, saying " God will do"
Crazy you went oneself declaring devotee,
Left all your struggles
His will, your repeated reason.
That human like mist explained:
Accompany me, a fight,
The bloodshed of comfort,
Rejoicing the glory of respect.
Tangled in confidence
A firm determination marked
Strolling down, both merged
Halfway within eachother,
Pocket offered slip to hand,
At first the fist tightened ,
And then wide open.
The slip lying on stable sand,
Jostled down towards me,
I witnessing all this, leaned down,
Tried to reveal the cursed treasure
"I QUIT" All it said
