A fleeting moment...
A lone star twinkling as bright as she can,
Faking her shine, oblivious to land,
Craving for a shoulder to rely on and sleep,
Not twinkle, not shine, just quietly weep,
Along came a traveller, gentle and true,
Offered his shoulder, for moments few,
Lonely star could do nothing but wait,
Wondering if his real or just a bait,
The traveller smiled, a knowing look,
Showed his hands with scars and crooks,
Looking in eyes, pooled ocean of tears,
Said "I'll show you my soul and my fear",
She rested her head on his shoulder,
Playing the moment over and over,
Time passed by, no words shared,
A moment so real and yet so rare...
