A Giant Tear

It's so sad
How we don't see
The faces of others
I see their cheeks
Their nose
Their lips
But if you look closely
Into their eyes
You might see a giant tear
A giant tear
That someday fall
From the pain
The yelling
The lonieness
The Heartbreak
And the loss
They are strong
But they suffer
You think they're tough?
Have you seen them cry?
When they leave
When they sleep
When they think no one looking
They'll get it all out
And then their Cold
The walls they built
Will come back up
And brinks and spears
And you wonder why it happens
The morning news says
That a local teen has died
No one knew her
She had no friends
And home troubles
Depression ran in the family
And so did bipolar scare
She jumped off a bridge
The spot where she stood
Had a bucket of chalk
And a giant tear was drawn
With blue and white
And I'll miss you in the middle
if you look closely
Into Their eyes
You might see
A giant tear
