"A Hurricane's Come To Visit"

It seeks not an invitation
Nor needs a welcome mat
They push on carefree
Needing not to follow a map,
Time and time it's left
Lands half askewed
Eventually the biggest will hit
Then we're all screwed,
The Islands will all disappear
New England's coast a bust
Gone will all the green that says
"In God We Trust".
Many blame climate change
History has proven that's not new
Between 900 and 1300 ce
A Little Ice Age most of a Europe knew,
While scientists drill into the ice
Seeking to find clues
They found the earth has cycles
So to nature this isn't news,
Lets see, Hurricane season
San Andreas fault, Two Super volcanoes
Hitting us at once I guess we'll say
That's how the winds of fate blow.
So when a hurricane comes to visit
Needing no welcome mat
Pushing on so carefree
Needing no weathermans map.
