My dreams that come from inside my mind are so frightening that sometimes I go blind
I wake up soaked in sweat that run up and down my spine the pain that I face every day just to stay alive is not very kind
It never stops I never want to go anywhere or go outside and play sometimes it’s so excruciating I just hide in my room and cry all day
Then I met you at the doctor’s one day and I found out a kiss a day keeps the doctor away
That kiss gives the strength the last one more day to enjoy to have fun to play
If I was gone I would miss seeing a beautiful flower bloom to hear an army band play retreat and then listen to the cannons go boom
The smell a delightful perfume on the your neck as we dance together in the ballroom and when you asked me to be your groom
If I give in to the pain all these beautiful things I would miss thank you my love for each day that you give that kiss
Pain will be my demise one day it will catch me not looking and take me away
Until that day comes I will enjoy your company for a while you bring joy to my eyes with that beautiful smile
To see the sunset over the ocean while laying on the beach you kiss me with so much emotion
That I know you love for me is true and I happy and for first time in my life I’m not feeling blue
If I give in to the pain all these beautiful things I would miss thank you my love for that one kiss
