A Million Tears in Anguish
I have cried a thousand tears,
I'll likely cry a thousand more.
Consumed by all my fears,
I want things the way they were before.
But we've both made actions,
Shelled one another across the battlefield.
Making unforgivable transactions,
Leaving one anothers fates revealed.
We may never know love again,
But we alone did choose to play this game.
It's crazy how so much love,
Can quickly turn to hate and great disdain.
Lo, it might be over.
And lo this may be best for both you and I.
The thoughts of all we had before.
The cause of these bitter tears I cry.
