I thought the day would never come
when I'd get another chance of love.
Then I met you and found the qualities
in a companion tat I'd been dreaming of.
Some days the loneliness and the quiet
in my heart seemed to difficult to bear.
And I'd picture in my mind how wonderful
life could be if only u were there.
I was beginning to think tat maybe
there wasn't a true love meant for me.
Then I realized it would happen
if only it's meant to be.
Now my broken heart of loneliness
has been mended by a love
so special and true.
And I am filled with peaceful joy knowing
