A story about geese

A story about geese

A story about geese

Over in the lake, the geese and ducks

One says "you're pretty", she says "aw shucks"

He calls out to the rest - " splish and splash!"

"for today we party, let's throw a bash!"

He calls the other geese to gather around

Points to the lone goose, "she's from out of town"

"But this lady here is extraordinary" he calls

"and I would be happy if she would be my doll"

The lady goose was flattered, she said "why, yes"

"I am from the south you may have guessed"

Now both the geese swam close to each other

Intertwined their long necks just like lovers

A heart was formed by the position of feathers

A man took a photo, to remember it forever

They had baby goslings the following spring

The babies will grow and fly on their own wings
