Fishes in the river
Stars in the sky
Animals in the jungle
All in their rightful places
Except for him
He knew he didn't belong there
That was not a place he could call home
That was not his promised land
Nevertheless, he remained there
Why?
He wanted to impress his friends
He wanted to please his family
He wanted to prove a point
He wanted to make everyone one happy
At the end
Everyone was happy
But he was not
He lived a sad life
He was unfulfilled
Oh! What a pathetic life
I really feel for him
I hope he will some day retrace his steps
I hope he will some day go back to where he belongs
But until then he remains a stranger in a strange land
