A Whisper In The Wind
The rainbows all
continually fade away,
the pain is real
and refuses to dissipate,
two tears engraved
but inside they eternally rain,
love and hate
but in my mind
tomorrow is unchanged,
when I lost you
I completely lost my way,
forever and a day
is the length
this pain will remain,
the venomous ways
continually pulsates,
if you only knew
how many sunsets I seen
from a cage,
why has an illusion become
my maddening fate,
I look for you
but I always end up
a breath away,
love and hate
have now become
one of the same,
losing you remains
all my undying pain,
I would give you my last breath
and wouldn't hesitate,
the gust of wind
and amazingly grey skies,
I'm so lost
like a distant stare
into a lost souls eyes,
I wear a mask because
from tomorrow
I'm trying to hide,
you're the first one
I wanna see
when I step to the other side,
I embrace our memories
like they're words from the wise,
I would've taken your pain
and wouldn't have thought twice,
when I lost you
I lost more than
the last piece of sanity
I held inside,
now my veins pulsate
just straight up ice...
