She was just a girl
Young innocent and naive
She knew nothing
But play with her dolls
Nine years was her age
Chocolate was her complexion
Red her favorite colour
Barbie doll was her best toy
All she did was play eat and sleep
Her innocence so pure
Her smile magical
Her laugh was like the rythim to my favorite song
Then one day
Her smile started to fade
She became bitter
And scared
Torn and shattered
She jovial kid was gone
She no longer liked to play
Hated barbie dolls
Sleep evaded
And all she did was cry
Suddenly she was on her own
Her parents dead and gone
Lost everything she once owned
And she faced the world by her own
Her relatives took everything
She became homeless
Hopeless and confused
She didn't know where to go
What to do
She was just nine
And an orphan
With no one to take care of her
Thrown out in the cold
By her careless aunties
The same people who once loved her
Now despise her
One night sleeping on the veranda
It started to rain
A drunkand saw her
Defiled her
Took away her innocence
She died that night
Finally to reunite with her parents
A happy yet sad soul
And forever tormented her wicked aunties
Her body was found the following day
Dumbed besides a river
Its so sad
We live in a wicked world
May her soul find peace
