Everywhere I would go or everything I hear is about women. Some of you women that are reading my poem can relate to this. The places that I would go to such as clinics, counseling centers, hospitals, courts, children facilities, and Child Support programs, etc... Are mostly on women's side. Which is good because women had worked and fought hard to get where we are today, which is the voting rights. That is not fair to men. The world is not fair. I hear a lot of men complaining that this is a woman's world. The government is on the women's side, and they are not acknowledging the fathers. The world is acknowledging mothers than fathers. Do you know why the government is not on the men's side? It is because men do not fight hard enough as women do. Men have to accept that, and that is the truth. The family court system is not on the father's side. The family court is on the women's side, and it is not going to change. Do you know why it is not going to change? Because women are the largest voting corner right now.
I feel that the world should be an equal place for good men and good fathers as well. There are a lot of good men out in the world that want to take a stand on creating a lot of programs for fathers as well. It is a process for everything we do in life. Women's equal rights to vote was a long process. Freedom from slavery for blacks and Native Americans did not happen overnight. It was a step-by-step process. Same for the Feminist Movement and the Black Lives Matter movement did not happen overnight as well. People had fought to get where they are today. I believe there would be a movement for good fathers to take their stand someday. The world is not fair. Life is not fair, and all the movements that a lot of people thought would not exist. It happened. Those movements took a lot of courage and prayer. God will always do the impossible.
