This broken addiction,
This unceasing rain,
This useful affliction?
This broken heart,
Not mending back together,
Forever to be apart,
Yet forever turned to never?
This weary hand,
This tired soul,
This shattered man,
Somehow becoming whole?
This testing pain,
This useful affliction,
This healing rain . . .
