Dear Addiction,
You have taken my life for quite a ride I thought that in you I could confide.You turned out to be a total abuser sometimes causing me to end up in cruisers. You have caused my family to push me away demanding that I follow you everyday. I will no longer give you my full attention saying goodbye is my intention. Whether or not you like this letter I have to cut you off and put my life together. You have lead me through a life of destruction making me think I had a mental dysfunction. You have put me through so much despair constantly burning in the devil's lair. The pain you caused will always be on my mind so I shall forever leave you behind. I leave you now to go our separate ways because I want to be sober till the end of days.
