If it isn't a dust storm
It's the doggone rain
Blowing swirling outside
Against my windowpane,
Now lately there's been
A bit of a chill in the air
Makes it kinda hard
To sot outside in my chair,
Sitting outside at dusk
Having my last coffee of the day
It's so relaxing and makes
Me feel in a good way,
A great man once said
"All good comes to ye who wait"
One day I'll find my special someone
Then my feeling will abate,
Just like when I clean my window
After the dust storm and rain
Life becomes a bit clearer
For me once more again.
