While I wasted years,
sitting by the river ears,
you were there, I mean here,
when everyone walked past,
and nobody a glimpse cast,
you stretched forth love

I had planned to forsake purpose and go with sadness,
but here you are showing me the stripes on your back,
while I was to be executed
