The globe is pervade with many souls,
Many souls with different hopes
On a chill day, I went out with my hook,
And guess who it caught that kept my spirit arose!!
From an endless calm sleep yet I woke,
To this stranger; you approached me!!
But I stood indifferent, scared of the many dangers,
Little did I know that it will land me in a " happy forever after"!!
Like a snail with your tentacles pulled in, you gave me cold shoulders, But I was firm,I didn't bother,
Priced things were hard to get,this I told myself
And slow yet steady, into your heart I sped!!.
I became comfortable around you and less shy,
I fell hard for you,I couldn't deny,
Afraid to admit but its high time I complied,
And board the love boat,yes you and I!!.
In a world where humanity seeks for gold and silver,
I seek for nothing but for us to be together!!
It cuts my heart ; seeing you with another!!
Please take my hand and hold me forever!!.
With you, I wanna paddle till I learn to swim,
With you, I wanna creep till I learn to leap,
With you, a lot of first things I'll love to do,
In this sweet and bitter world, all I want is you!!
