To whom the scholarship is awarded unto thee a free paid tuition at the local university granted for the one with the highest academic achievements and most persuasiveness in the universal debate essay on world peace, this award is granted once a year. Beth was only 15 when she applied for university she was an honor student whom was above in her education, School was the most important thing to beth other then family. Her father encouraged her to always pursue the highest form of education and her teachers all believed she could so they wanted to help beth by writing a recommendation letter for her application. Beth din't come from a rich family but yet a middle class family and she was the eldest child of four and the example to her siblings. Beth knew that her letter had to stand out from the rest and there was a lot of competition, So she study the pros and cons of every subject in the political standard of world peace and wrote a 10 page essay, She received a letter in the mail stating that the scholarship was granted to her the university was impressed with her words of choice and knowledge that they included a doctorate degrees in political science covered in her scholarship.
