Is it a destined prophecy
For me to be just a visionary?
Searching peace amidst butchery
I'm failing to demolish mendacity
I see people desquamate decency;
As they tighten around them, chains of debauchery
Is this the level of success that we seek?
Is modernism a synonym for depravity?
So tell me for I need to see
