An upheaval, lives displaced, livelihoods lost,
Gloom blooms, blooms wilt, wilting minds roam,
Any places left, darkness abounds, even a post,
Grooming the light, is laid waste, not even foam,
Is left as is, but is tinged crimson, bloody sand.
Souls a crying, dreams in tatters, joy shatters.
Isn't the life drained out of the lifeless land?!!
Soulless land, all without the lives, that matters.
The quake quakes, not knowing, not bothering,
The lost, the ghosts, the dust thats gathering,
The ways of life that's been under smothering.
Have to find ways to overcome the swathe,
Of greys and blacks that our life will bathe,
If we, should fight to live, after an earthquake.
