An Idol of rose and gold
Set in stone
To keep up with the weathering woes
That her heart should not forever be enclosed
She sands her fair skin
And chizzles her folds
All to have her followers
Cast worship upon a mold
In frantic last moments endeavors
Her value is outshined by a statue so bold
A mask that has hardened
And only eyes left to see but what have grown old
And amongst her praise and fame
The rose petals have all withered
And the gold was sold
Thus stands the real test of time
A lone idol among man
Who misplaced her priceless soul
