When a women enters a job.
It's as if they are being tried against the crimes they have committed.
And not merits.
The first thing
Would they be capable of this??
When they are capable to fight all odds then why not.
Will they be efficient enough??
When they can balance two things at once:
housework And officework.
Then why not??
Whether they are married or not??
And when they have children they have to give them a leave.
These thoughts make most of narrow-minded people to reject women at work
but for once also they do not think.
That women are only who have bore them
Taken 9 months of pain.
Have fought all odds for their children.
And we call them weak, fragile, inefficient.
We, this society should be ashamed😢
