I wish I could of holded you one more time took you for one more walk I wish I could of took you to the beach one more time I wish I could of heard you little steps around the house one more time I wish I could of heard you bark one more time even tho you rarely did I wish I could of saw you waiting at the gates for me one more time I wish I could of saw that smile one more time I wish I could of gave you one more treat I wish I could of had one more day nah one more month nah one more year I wish you were still here but I gotta remember all the good times we did have I have to remember you are no longer in pain anymore you are in a better place now looking over on us smiling and wagging you tail no longer in pain.
