Mixed feelings
Christmas is at the corner ,elated
So many expectations, worry
The journey here has not been smooth
Yet I hope for better days to come, hope
Thorny, rough, dry,ugly, downs
Deadline must be met anyway, motivation
The upside down kids, annoying
I wish you could understand, empathy
My hands are tied, confused
Yet Christmas is almost here, scared
All I can do is hope for better days.
