Almost ten o'clock pm
I'm sitting outside tonight
It's a mild evening out here
Just a thin jacket is alright
The streetlights are on
They shine until morning
Illuminating peoples way
Until dawn brings light in
Some random people walk
Quietly chatting with each other
They cross the road then
Disappear into the dark cover
The night is quiet and calm
Occasional vehicles pass
Unlike the middle of the day
When the amount of noisy cars is vast
Tonight is very enjoyable
Relaxing, soothing and calm
Tomorrow may be nice too
I will say goodbye.. But for now I'm gone
