There's living and there's being alive
if you're pursuing your life by chasing
your happiness and following your
dream of doing things you've always
wanted to achieve and having fun
along the way that's living but if you're
busting at yourself just trying to survive
staying stuck in a curse of unhappiness
upon feeling like you're worthless with
nothing in this life worth giving a fuck
for while living one day at a time then
that's what you call just being alive
