As Always

As the Willow rests her hair on the ground below
and as the Conifer sets her bounty free,
when Lavender lets her ornate bouquet flow
and the Cherry Blossoms set their scent on me...
I will love thee anew as always and more
When Jasmine greets me with her flared array,
when Calla unfolds to sip the morning dew,
when Baby's Breath sprawls early in the day
and Aster paints her purple across my view...
I will love thee anew as always and more
When the Iris parades with a dappled dance
and the Daffodil heralds entry into the morn,
when the Tulip sates us with a colorful prance
and Queen Anne's Lace is freshly born...
I will love thee anew as always and more
When the Sunflower reaches up to face the sky
and when the Rose comes to a fragrant bloom,
when Morning Glory spirals out to meet the eye
and when the Peony stretches for more room..
I will love thee anew as always and more
