Let me tell you a story
A man cast from glory
To save the world from reek
The tale is an old as Greek
To bear my burden and my double troubles
As I run and trip and my distant grumbles
He took my fears and wipe my tears
He took my crime and did my time
As he walked on feet on blood
He was cursed while bearing my cross
To save me from me the flood
To fulfil the scripture he bled for me
On the third day while waiting for dawn
He arose as bright as the sun
To receive me his beloved son
The tomb gave way and death was slain.
