As we stand united on Armistice Day
As we commemorate The first and second world war
Think of all the civillians.
The freedom they were looking for.
Spare a thought for the jewish people
Subjected six years to torture and hate.
Under Hitlers Nazi powers.
And very painful to relate.
They died in gas chambers.Weak and feeble.
Families separated.Not knowing why.
Strangers squashed together in their thousands.
Unaware they were doomed to die.
Unable to breathe.Naked and frightened.
Reduced to skeletons and hair shaved short.
No one was able to defend themselves.
No matter how hard they fought.
Even children.Even babies.
Were murdered by this cruel man.
And even to this day there still is hatred.
Could i ever forgive?
No i don't think i can.
