Athena's sad love story

He used to be loving
Good, were how things were going
He was never mean
It seemed I would be his African queen
I was looking forward to the ring
I was so for him, being my king
To me, he seemed cool
Our relationship he looked like he could rule
Some how something changed
Rearranged
He was so mild
Now he is like an animal from the wild
Like a crocodile
I can't smile for a while
His teeth used to be like a harp
Now his teeth is sharp
Seeing his lips kept me awake
Now,seeing his lips just make me shake
His tongue is what I could take
I can't now, because it's like a snake
To him I was sweet
Now I'm just meat
He used to know me as Athena
Now he knows me, as prey found in Kenya
I knew him so much in Africa
Now I don't know him in the Sahara
We were friendly in Morroco
Later we were enemies in Togo
I became concerned
When I saw things turned
For the worse
Our relationship turned into a curse
Now I end up hiding
Behind a door
Or anything safe I can look for
Because this man so much has lost his head
That if I don't hide, I might end up dead
