I was awakened by this loud thumping sound.
So I put on my house coat and slippers and what have I found.
My windows were opened and the wind heavily sprung.
My phone was on my night table and it showed that it had rung.
So I ran down the stairs and felt a touch upon my back bone.
My ringtones were continually playing from my cellphone.
I turned the lights on in the kitchen to see a shadow walk by.
I freaked to know someone is creepily Sneaking around me and I wanted to know why.
I opened my front door and walked around the back stairs.
Felt a panic in my stomach and felt an on going stare.
There along the pathway and near the wooded area, I saw a face.
It kept staring and lured me towards it, and for that I felt kind of brave.
Along the grassy hills stood a small boxed up grave.
The voice kept pointing down for me to Un bury the body left alone.
So I took my shovel and dug deep until it was done, and a light flickered and had shone.
I felt good inside to know the spirit is back together with its loved ones.
So I buried it back under the ground and a voice whispered " Thank you" and then my night was done.
I went back home and sat at my table drinking a cup of tea.
I felt proud to know I set the spirit free.
Now I can go back to bed and dream happily.
