A stirring,
A restlessness,
an urgency!
Calling me to change!
Old comforts are all empty
I need to rearrange.
Divine forces
beckon me at night
warning me the way I'm living
simply isn't right.
Feeling so alone out here
in my naked brand new skin
no safe place to crawl back in
so tired, but I must begin.
Journey very daunting
sometimes doubting my way
holding tight to the cross
praying evil thoughts away.
Sometimes I'm so weary
just a vessel to be led,
lead me through the valley
guide me through my dread.
Show me love that has no boundaries
light that warms, not burns
fill my heart with knowledge
Teacher, help me learn.
