Be patient with yourself because you don't just overcome things overnight.
The process is ugly at times and sometimes it seems like you've taken more steps back than you've taken forward.
At times, it even seems you don't know where you are heading and who you are trying to become.
It's not easy, some days seems hard but the truth is, that is exactly the process.
Be patient with yourself, you will overcome it.
You will be mature and you will be more than okay. Often when things are at their darkest.
